The Big Bulldog Merlot gets it's attitude and poise from some of our oldest vines on the property. If you are looking for a perfectly balanced off-dry Merlot, that seems to go with everything, from brie to steak - then this is the wine for you!
With a full bodied boquet and an earthy finish, our Merlot is great for a summer night on the veranda or to complement a fine dinner, gracing your palate with a velvety blanket, embroidered with tiny hints of blackberry and chocolate.
When you first see the clarity of this vintage, you'll be surprised how deep and dark the red is, while still being able to see it's glistening clarity.
